federal tax incentive, environmental cleanup costs for all
qualifying properties in targeted areas are fully deductible
business expenses in the year in which costs are incurred
or paid. Properties within the City of Emeryville are eligible
to participate in this program due to Emeryville's inclusion
as a qualified National Brownfields Pilot Project of the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency.

apply as co-applicant.
